Trending Cafes in Jaipur to Try in 2026
Jaipur used to be a city you drank chai in. That has changed, and quickly. Over the past few years a genuine specialty coffee scene has taken root here, with roasteries sourcing single-origin lots, training their own baristas and arguing about extraction the way Bombay and Bangalore have for a decade.
Below are the places worth your time in 2026, and why each one is having a moment. Where a cafe has an official site we have linked it, so you can see their own photographs and current menus rather than ours.
The Specialty Coffee Wave
Coffee Sutra
Why it is trending: This is the most significant recent opening in the city. Founded by restaurateur Dushyant Singh, Coffee Sutra has just opened its third Jaipur outlet in Malviya Nagar, which tells you how fast it is scaling. The menu runs single-origin lots sourced internationally, including Colombian and a Peru Geisha, all roasted in house.
Why go: The Coffee Lab. Alongside the cafe they run masterclasses, workshops and barista training, which is a different order of ambition from simply serving good coffee. If you want to understand what is happening to coffee in this city, start here. Open 8am to 11pm.
Curious Life Coffee Roasters
Why it is trending: Longevity, mostly. Curious Life was among the first in Jaipur to roast its own beans, and it remains the benchmark others are measured against. Single-origin lots from India, Kenya and Rwanda, with a proper range of brew methods.

Half Life Coffee Roasters
Why it is trending: Trade coverage of the city consistently frames Half Life and Curious Life as a duopoly at the top of the Jaipur coffee scene, with Coffee Sutra now working hard to break it. That rivalry is precisely why the coffee here keeps improving.
Why go: To take a side. Order the same origin at both and see which roast you prefer.
Kaefin Coffee Roasters
Why it is trending: Part of the same Malviya Nagar cluster that has become the centre of gravity for coffee in Jaipur, and roasting its own. kaefincoffee.com
Rustic by OTH
Why it is trending: Described locally as the one place serving genuine specialty coffee in its immediate stretch of Malviya Nagar, which makes it a useful stop if you are on that side of the city.
For the Room as Much as the Order
Not every cafe worth visiting is about the coffee. Some are about the space.
Bar Palladio
Why it is trending: It has been photographed more than almost any interior in Rajasthan and still has not tired. Set within the Narain Niwas Palace, the rooms run electric blue with painted scenes and mirrored walls, drawing on Mughal and Italian references. The menu is Italian.

Tapri Tea House
Why it is trending: Still, after fifteen years. Started in 2010 by a group of young entrepreneurs, Tapri built its reputation on around a hundred tea preparations and fusion Rajasthani plates. There are now branches on Tonk Road and at Lal Kothi.
Why go: The original rooftop opposite Central Park remains the best seat in the city for an evening, and it stays usable through the rains.
Anokhi Cafe
Why it is trending: The quiet counter-programme to everywhere loud. Attached to the Anokhi store in C-Scheme, with organic salads, good bread and a calm room.
Why go: Lunch, particularly if you are shopping nearby.
Zolocrust
Why it is trending: It stays open through the night, which almost nothing else in Jaipur does. Located at Hotel Clarks Amer.
Why go: For the hour when everywhere else has closed and you want a pizza and a cheesecake at two in the morning.
Timings and menus move with the season. Worth confirming before making a special journey.
Fitting Cafes Around a Villa Stay
Most of the coffee above sits in C-Scheme and Malviya Nagar, which are central. If you are staying at Choti Haveli on Ajmer Road, those are a comfortable drive and easily combined with an afternoon in the old city.
